Whatever your goals, an exercise program will work best for you if it is designed specifically for you. Alex will take a health history and complete a thorough functional assessment in order to design an exercise program that addresses your individual needs. She will also help you set clear, achievable goals to keep you motivated.

Alex's degree in Physiotherapy gives her invaluable understanding of the body and of the impact of illness and injury. Her background knowledge enables her to work safely with those who have complaints or concerns.

Alex has a special interest in yoga. She teaches yoga 121 and draws upon yoga techniques in her training sessions. Alex believes that correct breathing and adequate relaxation are fundamental in good exercise. Alex is now studying strength and conditioning with the CHEK Institute to further develop her knowledge and skills.

Alex has great enthusiasm for healthy living. She has a cheerful and down to earth approach and is genuinely committed to helping you improve your wellbeing.
